Liverpool Loves Business is back!
The event will be held at the Hilton Liverpool on Thursday 13 July, a month before the main Liverpool Loves weekend. We’ve announced that this year’s theme will be ‘Dealing with the Art of Sales’, which promises to help attendees to re-discover their cutting edge in all areas of generating business.
We’re excited to welcome some big names with whizz-kids at Google Digital Garage headlining a programme of high-profile speakers on the Go Get ‘Em Stage with sessions themed around selling your business online.
Last year more than 600 entrepreneurs and professionals from across the city region attended Liverpool Loves Business – and this year’s conference will seek to build on this by featuring a series of speaker stages and break-out areas, where delegates can access valuable business advice, build connections with other link-minded people and hear talks from industry leaders.
The Sales Dojo, sponsored by Your Business Mobile, will see sales and business developement experts hold a series of quick-fire sessions on refining a knock-out sales technique – by strengthening networks, interpersonal skills and building strong client/consumer relationships. A final room will serve as meeting space for delegates and will host 1-2-1 business advice sessions. Finally, a commercial marketplace will provide a shop window for essential business services for start-ups and growth-phase companies.
Festival director Josh Boyd Of Orb CIC said: “This third edition of Liverpool’s largest independent SME conference will serve to help professionals and businesses to generate more sales, maximise their revenue, and build great networks by developing a killer sales strategy.
“The programme of seminars, keynote speeches and workshops will empower the salesperson in all of us to implement better, smarter techniques that can help to upskill people and move towards hitting their targets.”
A full programme of speakers, exhibitors and networking sessions will be announced in the coming weeks. Business people looking to attend the event are encouraged to register to attend for free on Eventbrite now at: https://liverpoollovesbusiness.eventbrite.co.uk
Meanwhile the third annual Liverpool Loves, the city’s best loved, feel-good festival, will take place on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 August – with the main stage zone being held in Derby Square at the heart of the Commercial District, under the gaze of the Queen Victoria monument.
